Hey, I’m Ashley — a transformational guide, trauma-informed mentor, and intuitive spiritualist whose work bridges the worlds of science, spirit, and sovereignty. For over 15 years, I’ve supported thousands of women, families, and nurses through some of the most tender, high-stakes moments of their lives as a Tech turned Registered Nurse, Educator, and eventual Leader.

 

My own path through trauma, resilience, chronic illness, spiritual awakening, and deep reclamation shaped everything I teach today. I know what it feels like to hold everything together on the outside while unraveling on the inside. I also know the power of coming home to your body, healing your nervous system, and stepping fully into the woman you were always meant to be.

Today, I help women break generational patterns, regulate their nervous systems, activate their intuitive gifts, and rise into sovereignty — emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. My work blends evidence-based practice with somatics, energetic hygiene, intuitive development, and grounded spiritual wisdom.

Whether through the Sovereign Reset, the Energy Alchemist mentorship, or my deeper immersion pathways, I guide women back into their strength, their clarity, and their own inner world — where all transformation truly begins.
