I help 6-figure women in their 30s and 40s stop performing their life and start living it — at the level therapy, EMDR, and years of personal development never reached.

For over 15 years I've worked inside the highest-stakes moments of women's lives — as a Registered Nurse, Educator, and Leader, and as someone who has lived the exact unraveling I now help others navigate. I know what it looks like to hold everything together on the outside while something essential is quietly going missing on the inside. I've been that woman.

My own path through trauma, chronic illness, divorce, and deep reclamation didn't just inform this work — it is this work. I didn't find healing through one modality or one breakthrough moment. I found it through years of going deeper than the surface, layer by layer, until I finally met myself underneath all of it. That's exactly what I built Sovereign Reset to do for you.

This isn't mindset work. It's not another framework to learn or tool to manage yourself with.
